A new version of the SCDO is now available in OLS, Ontobee, BioPortal & Github.
This released version includes new Sickle Cell Disease data representation classes, such as Data Standards, as well as classes mapping International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM) Diagnosis Codes.
The SCDO is now an OBO Foundry ontology, complying to ontology interoperability principles and to overall ontology development best practices.
