Created to translate the SCDO into another language (French) for the first time.
A graphical user interface (GUI) is used to run the various codes in the background.
[Developed and tested on a Windows platform, but should, with some minor tweaks, be able to run on other platforms, however this was not tested.]<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
